Well played here— a lighter version that puts more stock in cream than in sugar. Texture is on the gummy side that is more noticeable in small sips-- but the artificial sweeteners are well hidden and don’t detract from the flavor.

Tasty medium-strength cocoa flavor that goes down nicely and is worth the chalkiness that might put off some people in search of a smoother experience.
Milky, a little chocolaty, but lacks a flavor kick that would put it in a higher echelon. It’s well balanced, enjoyable, and nothing trips my ‘fugazi’ sensor.
So brown it's almost red, almost too much flavor for its own good. Has an earthier cocoa taste which is nice once you get used to it, but the thickness makes you feel like you’re drinking dark chocolate cake.
Similar creamy/maltiness to other Organic Valley products but the taste is regrettable on this one. Very little sweetness, even less cocoa.
The combination of high cream, high salt, and low sweetness works for me in this particular makeup. It’s a lot more malty than chocolate, but in the right context, this is nice.
Great combination of thin viscosity with a powerful creamy/milky snap. Reminds me a bit of the Demeter brand in look, feel, and taste (there is a noticeable malty component that outshines the cocoa), but different enough to distinguish itself. Very nice.
Same as Schweitzer Choco Bio: Flavor that is an absolute punch in the face, this should not be missed. Very chalky, but for a good cause— incredibly strong and tasty cocoa flavor, plenty of cream, sweetness, and salt. Simply one of the best I have ever had!
Pleasant malty quality to the flavor, and the salt/sugar balance definitely favors the former. Cocoa flavor is hard to pick out among the malt and salt, but it's a nice departure from expectations.

Impressively thin, smooth, creamy, flavorful— everything you could want in a chocolate milk. May be too sweet for some, but the flavor is densely packed and goes down very quickly— the cup is gone before you know it!
Super chalky and powdery cocoa taste that feels unnatural. Could use some salt at the very least to bring it together.
Watery, no creaminess nor salt, a bizarre experience. Doesn’t seem like milk is even involved here.
Incredibly strong cocoa taste, feels like you’re drinking a bar of baking chocolate. Flavorful and otherwise decently balanced, but I feel like I couldn’t drink a whole lot of it. Definitely the shining star of Swiss Coop products.
Chalky and not particularly sweet or chocolaty. Decent amount of grain left on the tongue after consumption. It’s passable on its own, but when compared with others, its blandness becomes very evident.
